Hi, I’m Principal Jon England.

I help teachers build the schools they’ve always wanted to teach in.

After 14 years in public education, I walked away from the system to help educators like you rediscover freedom, joy, and impact.

Why I Left the System

I spent 14 years as a teacher and principal. I loved teaching, but I grew frustrated as more policies pushed parents out and boxed teachers in.

In 2022, I made the decision to step away. Soon after, I joined the Libertas Institute, where I discovered something new: teachers across the country were leaving the system to create small, independent schools where students thrived and teachers loved their work again. They called them microschools.

One day my wife looked at me and said, “You’re starting to dream again.” She was right. I’d found purpose and joy again. I knew I wanted to help other parents and teachers start their own schools.

That’s why I started the Education Innovators.
